Lucy is the only dog walker/sitter we’ve tried who we feel totally comfortable leaving Ruby with. She genuinely loves dogs. I think it makes a difference that she has been a dog owner herself too, so she understands how attached we are and notices the little things that matter. She always send a funny photo or a message noting something silly or cute that Ruby has done, which is so reassuring.
She’s very flexible and often will squeeze a walk in for me, or move things around if I need her last minute. An absolute godsend. The added plus is that Lucy is a genuine and lovely person who I always wish I had more time to chat to!
Lucy has been amazing with our rescue lurcher while we’ve been away on holiday or just out for the day. We chose her because of her experience with reactive dogs, and I’m very glad we did. She is confident managing our dog on walks (no easy task!), gives her plenty of cuddles and reassurance, and sends us regular updates and lovely photos. We always come home to a relaxed, happy dog. I would highly recommend her.
We were very lucky to find Lucy, who has been walking Pip over the past year. Lucy took time to meet us and Pip before the first walk and to talk through his routine. She is very knowledgeable about dogs and knows what she is doing. Lucy sends photo updates from their walks and Pip adores Lucy. She has been flexible around our changing work schedules and is very approachable. We cannot recommend Lucy highly enough.

From start to finish, she made the whole process so easy - quick replies when booking, thoughtful daily updates, and she followed our (rather lengthy!) care guide to a tee for our pampered, high-maintenance pooch!
